Rent Space

The Kennett Consolidated School District (KCSD) is pleased to make our facilities available for community use.

Residents of the District who meet the requirements outlined in our Board Policy on the Use of School Facilities (No. 707) are invited to make a reservation using our online system, FMX.

Directions for Using FMX

  • Visit kcsd.gofmx.com/register. 
  • Fill out the form to create an account. 
  • Visit https://kcsd.gofmx.com/login. 
  • Log in as a “Community Member/Contractor.” 
  • Select “New Request” and “Schedule Request” from the main menu. 
  • Fill out the form to share your event information, including liability insurance. 
  • Select “Submit.” 
  • You will receive an email confirmation of submission, review and, if applicable, approval.

The Kennett Consolidated School District is soliciting sealed bids for:

2025)

  • Specifications may be secured from the Purchasing Department at the CCIU, 455 BootRoad, Downingtown, PA 19335 or by emailing jasonl@cciu.org.
  • Sealed bids are to be delivered to: Chester County School Districts' Joint Purchasing Board c/o Chester County Intermediate Unit Educational Service Center  455 Boot Road Downingtown, PA 19335    ATTN: Jason Lichtfus, CCIU Purchasing Manager
  • In a sealed envelope marked in the lower left hand corner: "SEALED BID – Kennett Consolidated School District: FF&E (KCSD-2025)"
  • Due no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2025.

There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled on Monday November 3, at 2pm at the
Chester County Intermediate Unit located at 455 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA, 19335

The Kennett Consolidated School District reserves the right to reject all bids, either by
item or in total, and will make award in the best interest of the KCSD Board.
