Q: How do we get started with remote learning? How do I get support with technology or request a District device?

A: Review Getting Started on KCSD Chromebook and Clever (English & Spanish). To schedule an appointment for Drive-In support or device pickup, please send an email to StudentTechHelp@kcsd.org and include the information below, or call the Tech HelpDesk at 610.444.2551. Remember to provide the information below within your email or voicemail. You must have an appointment for Drive-In Support / Device Pickup.

  • Parent Contact Information: email & phone (if possible)

Steps to getting Internet Essentials Service:

2. Apply at InternetEssentials.com, (contact HelpDesk, 610.444.2551, for the Promo Code needed on page 4 of the application)

  • For those not eligible, or looking for other options, visit Resources for Connecting at Home
  • If you do not want to provide or do not have a Social Security number, you can submit other forms of identification, like a Driver’s License (domestic or foreign), utility bill, Medicaid card, marriage certificate, matricula consular card, and passport (domestic or foreign) to name a few. Please visit InternetEssentials.com/get-helpfor a full list of acceptable IDs.
