School Level Plans
ATSI (Additional Targeted Support and Improvement) non-Title I school plans are customized, data-driven frameworks designed to raise student outcomes for specific, consistently underperforming subgroups, often targeting a 3-year improvement timeline. These plans, required by ESSA and approved by local districts, often include evidence-based interventions like enhanced PBIS, expanded career readiness, and targeted professional development to exit, or "exit" ATSI status.
