Kindergarten Registration Information coming soon!

It is our privilege to host your child’s K-12 educational experience. Whether they are beginning in our Mary D. Lang Kindergarten Center or transferring from another elementary, middle or high school– your child’s future is sure to be bright!

To get started, follow the steps below.

Step 1

Prepare Documentation

Families must bring the following documentation with them to their in-person appointment:

Two Current Proofs of Residency

One from Schedule A:
- Mortgage Statement
- Settlement Statement
- Property Deed
- Homeowner’s Insurance Policy
- Current Lease (Executed Within the Last Year & Signed By Both Parties)
- Employer Letter Evidencing Employer-Provided Housing
- Landlord Affidavit
- Real Estate Tax Bill
One from Schedule B
- Vehicle Registration Card
- Vehicle Insurance Card
- Voter’s Registration Card
- Bank or Credit Card Statement
- Utility Activation or Billing Statement
- Employer Letter on Letterhead or Paystub (If Not Self-Employed)
- Renter’s Insurance Policy
- Public Assistance

Parent/Guardian Identification

Student Identification

Medical Information

Immunization Record, Including:

All Grades

Four doses of tetanus* (one dose on or after the fourth birthday)
Four doses of diphtheria (one dose on or after fourth birthday)
Three doses of polio
Two doses of measles**
Two doses of mumps**
One dose of rubella (German measles)
Three doses of hepatitis B
Two doses of varicella (chickenpox) or history of disease

* Usually given as DTP, DTaP, DT or Td

** Usually given as MMR

7th Grade

One dose of tetanus, diphtheria and acellular pertussis (Tdap) if 5 years have elapsed since last tetanus immunization
One dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV)

12th Grade

Second meningitis

Step 2

Confirm Eligibility

Kindergarten:

Students must have attained the age of 5 years on or before September 30 of the year they are to be admitted.

First Grade:

Students must have attained the age of 6 years on or before September 30 of the year they are to be admitted or attained the age of five years and seven months before the first day of September and successfully completed a kindergarten program that satisfies the requirements established by Pennsylvania statutes, regulations and rules.

Step 3

Submit an Online Application

Visit our Registration Portal.
If you have an account already, log in using your username and password. Otherwise, select “Create A New Account” and “Start.”
Read the instructions and check “I’m Ready to Begin.” Select “Save and Next.”
Enter the account information requested, including a username, password, email address and challenge question. Select “Save and Next.”
Enter the parent/guardian information requested, including... Select “Save and Next.” If you do not have full or partial legal custody or are not a resident of the district, please log out and contact the Department of Registration at (610) 444-4235. We will advise you on how to proceed.
Enter the student information requested, including first name, last name, … . Select “Save and Next.”
After filling out all requested information, you will be asked to electronically sign confirming that all information provided is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Select “Save and Next.”
Finally, view or print your registration checklist. Select “Continue” to complete the online application.

Please note, at any point during the online registration process, you can translate the page you are on into Spanish by selecting Español from the box located in the top right area of each screen.

Due to amendments to the PA Public School Code and effective beginning the 2020-2021 school year, the PA compulsory school age is age 6 to 18 years old unless the student has graduated and holds a certificate of graduation from an accredited/approved high school.

Kindergarten:

Students must have attained the age of 5 years on or before September 30 of the year they are to be admitted.

First Grade:

Students must have attained the age of 6 years on or before September 30 of the year they are to be admitted or attained the age of 5 years and 7 months before the first day of September and successfully completed a kindergarten program that satisfies the requirements established by Pennsylvania statutes, regulations and rules.
