The Human Resources Department is responsible for maintaining the various benefit programs available to all of the employees of theDistrict. The Reschini Group will manage these programs that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits as well as COBRA.  Long-term disability, life insurance, workers’ compensation, medical and dependent care, and retiree benefits will be managed by KCSD through the Human Resources Department.

In addition, the Human Resources Department will conduct intake sessions with new employees and exit interviews with individuals leaving the employment of the district. The Human Resource Department will ensure all proper district state and federal paperwork is distributed and reviewed with the employee and returned within the required time period.
