The Human Resources Department is responsible for maintaining the various benefit programs available to all of the employees of the District. The Reschini Group will manage these programs that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits. Benefits regarding long-term disability, life insurance, workers’ compensation, medical/dependent care deferral, and tax sheltered annuities, will be managed by KCSD through the Human Resources Department.

In addition, the Human Resources Department will conduct intake sessions with new employees and exit interviews with individuals leaving the employment of the district. The Human Resources Department will ensure all proper district state and federal paperwork is distributed and reviewed with the employee and returned within the required time period.
